We are happy to announce that the next event on the Mansur Birth Centenary Concert Series will be staged on Friday, the 22nd of october in Pune . An e-invite is attached herewith.
Keeping the unchanged theme of events centered around mansurji, we present the renowned Dhrupad singer duo Umakantji and Ramakantji popularly known all over the world as the Gundecha Brothers on this evening. During their formative years in the early 80's these brothers had extensive musical interactive period with Panditji in Bhopal and over the years they have been presenting some of the ragas taught by Mansurji through their own innovative style.The evening also features Biswajit ji on sarod.
